There would be times wherein the desired result may not be optimum or inline with the candidates perception or some other technical or other incidents may cause interference in performance causing a sub-optimal result.
In such a scenario, candidate is within his / her right to appeal an outcome.
- The candidate must inform the Ducis in writing of their Intent to Appeal within five (5) working days examination / issue of result. The intimation can be provided at info@ducisgroup.com
- Ducis will task member from the support team to handle the appeal and ensure that the appeal inline with Languagecert Guidelines is completed, within 5 days of receipt of request for appeal
The candidate must cooperate and assist the designated member in completing all requirements within the timelines required by Languagecert.
