As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on ducislanguage.com, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training: Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% content or downloaded the E-Book.

Refunds: Exam Voucher. Where candidate has booked exam voucher, there is no refund on the exam voucher.

Refund: eLearning. Where user has purchased elearning only, user can seek refund of full payment subject to having consumed upto maximum of 25% of course coverage.

Refunds: Duplicate payment : Refund of the duplicate payment made by the purchaser will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 30 working days post intimation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the refund request is approved by ducislanguage.com. 

Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India, with New Delhi, India as the jurisdiction. This ‘Terms of Use’ section constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of the ducislanguage.com Site.
